This is a smaller version of the Frommer Stop, primarily intended as a 7.65mm pocket pistol for the civilian market. The checkered grips are marked 'FB'.
All parts are interchangeable with the Stop, except barrel, mag, grips, grip safety and spring guide. The Frommer Baby was made alongside the Stop from 1912-29. |

The Frommer Baby was also manufactured in 9mm (.380acp). Note the difference in the legend. It was never made in 6.35mm, as sometimes claimed.
Only the Frommer Liliput was manufactured in 6.35mm. There are some examples of 'Babies' with no legend, no serial and no markings. Examples of Frommer Stop pistols cut down to 'Baby' size can be found. The slide legend on these pistols are from the Stop, without the 'Fegyvergyar' word. |
